The Florida Central Railroad was established in 1986 and expanded in 1990 as part of the Pinsly Railroad Company. It is located in the heart of central Florida. The FCEN operates 68 miles of track and directly serves industries in downtown Orlando, Apopka, Zellwood, Mt. Dora, Tavares, Eustis, Umatilla, Ocoee, and Winter Garden, Florida. All interchanges are made with CSXT in Orlando, Florida. With its centralized location, the FCEN provides a competitive alternative to trucking and creates easy access to markets all across Florida.
The Florida Midland Railroad was acquired from CSXT in 1987. FMID operates 28 miles of track on two separate branch lines with one CSXT interchange at Winter Haven and the other at West Lake Wales. One of Pinsly’s premier transload sites operates on 24 acres in Eagle Lake, FL.
The Florida Northern Railroad was established in 1988 and enlarged in 2005. It currently operates 104 miles of track on two separate branch lines with one CSXT interchange at Ocala and the other at Newberry, Florida. The FNOR has the flexibility to handle unit trains or single-car deliveries.
